The khbd Platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the Platform:
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. khbd enforces a strict 18+ policy. Users who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at khbd's discretion after identity verification.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of khbd or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
- Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under a third party's details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- Accurate Information: All registration details you provide must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must not register using false identity information, another person's details, or any form of anonymising technology intended to circumvent eligibility checks.
khbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during a user's account lifecycle. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within three months, and confirmation of ownership of any payment method used on the account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
Age verification is conducted as part of the standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Where there is any doubt about a user's age, khbd will suspend betting activity on the account until age is confirmed to our satisfaction. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of services available on the khbd Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. 3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

You may be required to verify your identity before your first withdrawal, when depositing above certain thresholds, or at any other time at khbd's discretion. Verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. 3.4 Account Currency
All accounts on the khbd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There is no currency conversion and no USD or EUR intermediate wallet. Your displayed balance at all times reflects your actual available funds in BDT. khbd is not responsible for any discrepancy arising from exchange rate expectations where a user has funded their payment method in a currency other than BDT.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
khbd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank net banking. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your khbd account. Third-party payments — where funds originate from an account not registered to you personally — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit and potential account suspension.
4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount on khbd is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. khbd will communicate any changes to transaction limits via platform notification with at least 48 hours' notice where operationally possible.
4.3 Processing Times
Deposits are typically credited to your khbd account instantly or within a maximum of 5 minutes of confirmed payment. Withdrawals to registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay accounts are processed on a same-day basis for amounts below ৳50,000, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. All processing times are measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified; (b) you must have wagered your deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal is processed (this requirement does not apply to funds deposited but never used in gameplay — these may be returned in full upon identity verification); (c) any active bonus funds must comply with the applicable wagering requirements before the bonus-derived balance is withdrawable; (d) withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit on the same account.
4.5 Fraud Prevention
khbd employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor all transaction activity. Any account suspected of fraudulent activity — including but not limited to chargeback abuse, exploitation of payment processor errors, collusion, or money laundering — will be suspended pending investigation. Funds in suspended accounts will be held during the investigation period. khbd cooperates fully with relevant authorities and financial institutions in cases of suspected fraud.

Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Placing Bets
All bets placed on the khbd Platform are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation notification and the stake amount is deducted from your account balance. You may not cancel or amend a bet after confirmation. 5.2 Odds & Market Suspension
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment of confirmation, not at any earlier point at which you may have browsed the market. khbd reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice, including in-play markets during live events. 5.3 Void Bets & Cancelled Events
A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to your account balance in the following circumstances: (a) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined; (b) a pricing error has occurred that resulted in clearly incorrect odds being offered and accepted; (c) the relevant sporting authority officially voids the result of the event. In all void cases, your original stake is returned in full with no deduction.
5.4 Casino & RNG Games
All casino games available on the khbd Platform — including slots, table games, live dealer games, and instant-win games — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced retrospectively. 6.1 Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses on the khbd Platform are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier that determines how many times bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable as cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the offer details at the time of claiming. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any uncompleted bonus will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the validity period.
6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Where bonus abuse is identified, khbd reserves the right to void all bonus funds, reverse any associated winnings, and permanently close the accounts involved.
6.4 khbd's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions
khbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player has an active bonus balance, the player will be given reasonable notice and the opportunity to complete the applicable wagering requirements within a minimum extension period of 7 days, except in cases where the promotion was withdrawn due to detected abuse.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the khbd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds in cases involving fraud or criminal activity, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable.
Registering using another person's identity, using falsified documents during KYC, or operating an account on behalf of a third party without khbd's explicit written permission. All accounts must represent genuine, individual, adult users acting on their own behalf.
Using the khbd Platform for the purposes of money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid transaction thresholds, or passing funds through the Platform without genuine gambling activity. khbd monitors all financial activity and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
Coordinating with other players to achieve predetermined outcomes in any casino game or betting market, or placing bets with knowledge of a pre-arranged sporting result. khbd cooperates with sporting integrity bodies and will report suspected match-fixing activity without hesitation.
Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house. All Platform interaction must be carried out manually by the registered account holder.
Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or any other technical malfunction on the Platform to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated by exploiting a technical error will be voided.
Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward khbd support staff or other platform users via any communication channel. khbd maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment and will terminate accounts engaging in abusive behaviour without warning.
Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request to close your khbd account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, your account will be deactivated within 24 hours. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may be subject to an administrative processing fee as notified at the time of closure.
8.2 Suspension by khbd
khbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity as defined in Section 7; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe; (d) receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider; (e) a legal requirement or regulatory direction to do so; (f) reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated in violation of the single-account policy.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods available are 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent. During any self-exclusion period, the account is fully locked and cannot be used for login, deposit, or betting. Requests to reduce or remove a self-exclusion period before its natural expiry are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
8.4 Balance on Closure
Where an account is closed by khbd due to a breach of these Terms, the treatment of any remaining balance will depend on the nature of the breach. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, funds will be held pending investigation and may be subject to forfeiture. In cases of standard terms breaches without criminal implications, genuine deposited funds (excluding bonus balances) will be returned after deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to khbd.
